Deposit and Payment
Term
An 80% deposit of the order amount is required for
custom-made bags. The deposit must be paid at the signing of the contract.
The remaining balance is due upon receipt of merchandise.
Plate
Charge
Plate charge is a minimum of $80.00 per color/per side.
There will be no charge for re-ordering if the art work remains unchanged.
Poly Systems will not return plates to
customer.
Re-order
We recommend that re-orders be
placed 1-2 months in advance.

Film
Color
Colors are available in white, yellow, blue, and black.
Other colors can be made by request.
Custom Printing

Art Work: Camera-ready
art work must be furnished by customer.

Color: Up to 4 colors
per side can be printed on the bag. The colors are based on PMS#
(Pantone Matching System) close to the actual color samples.
However, Poly Systems cannot guarantee the actual color is exactly
the same as PMS or color
samples.

Lead
Time
Merchandise will be available approximately 8 to 10 weeks
after the date of confirmation of the order or the art work, whichever is
later.
Product Tolerance
All custom-made bags are
manufactured within industry recognized standards. Occasionally a 10%-15%
over-run or under-run of your ordered quantity may occur. All invoices
will show the actual quantity delivered and customers are required to pay
the invoiced amount.
